Real-time profiles to find relationship
Simple website said Sunday it will begin testing its users against the national register of sex offenders after a woman filed a complaint against the company said it had been attacked by someone she meet online dating service.
Mandy Ginsberg, president of the popular sex date site, told The Associated Press in an e-mail that the company has revised the projections for the year, but “its lack of historical reliability has always been concluded against him.”
“We were informed that the combination of improved technology and better database now allows a degree of precision sufficient to move forward with this initiative, despite its imperfections persist.”
Last week, the California woman filed a complaint sex dating site. The lawsuit said the attack could have been avoided and background checks really necessary to start screening sexual predators.
Relocation of the company to screen its users were already under consideration and did not come in direct response to the lawsuit, but when the decision was precipitated by the attention the trial.
